Operational draft

Terms of use.

Draft for legal review. It describes use of the site, not a final enrollment contract.

The site presents FIGS Baseball Academy and receives inquiries and applications. An application is not an acceptance or an enrollment.

Accounts are personal. Users may not request a staff role, view another student’s records, or use the portal for student-to-student messaging.

NCAA and scholarship information is explanatory. It does not replace the Eligibility Center, Step Up For Students, or a decision by the school.

FIGSBaseball Academy

Online academics for high-school-age students, with baseball player development under the same name.

Academic enrollment and baseball training are separate programs.
