Operational draft

Privacy policy.

This is an operational draft for the site. Counsel should review it before public launch. The website does not by itself create legal compliance.

FIGS Baseball Academy collects what is needed for an inquiry, an application, or an account: name, email, phone, and the academic information a family chooses to provide. Public forms do not ask for Social Security numbers or medical histories.

Student records are not public. A guardian sees only linked and approved students. Documents live in private storage and are delivered with short-lived links after permission is checked.

Marketing events do not include student personal data. Academic records are not used for advertising.

Accounts for minors are created with a guardian or the school involved. Retention and deletion are configured before records are removed.

Online academics for high-school-age students, with baseball player development under the same name.

Academic enrollment and baseball training are separate programs.
